About the event

A relaxed performance is one that has been adapted to provide a relaxed and safe environment for individuals with autism, learning differences, or other sensory and communication needs, so that these individuals and their families may enjoy live theater together. The quality of the production still aligns with high artistic standards, but small adjustments are made to certain technical elements (such as sound and light cues). In addition, at a relaxed performance, professional staff members from our partner organizations are on-hand to assist parents and caregivers, a family restroom is available, and there will be designated activity and relaxation areas in the lobby.
