About the event

The greatest epic of western literature is the subject of an innovative participatory style of theater; the only scenery is the imagination of the audience, as they, together with an ensemble of professional actors, create every facet of the theatrical experience unlike any they have experienced before. The audience not only interacts with characters, they also play some too. Between shows, McCarter Theatre artists will offer a theater workshop for all Stages participants.
